SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All items are made to order and typically ship within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Processing time begins once we receive your order and any required personalization details or file uploads. If our supplies are on backorder, you're order will also be on backorder. We will make every attempt to find another supplier. 

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS/UPS/FED EX within the United States. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after your item ships.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delays: Please allow extra time during holidays and peak seasons. Rush orders may be available - contact us for details.
